Charges
Normal delivery is usually despatched on 1st day of order
subject to stock levels.
Delivery to United Kingdom is FREE.
Unfortunately
due to the cost of posting heavier goods outside the UK there will be an additional
charge of £5.00 per item for non-UK deliveries.
We now offer next day
delivery for UK customers for some items. If an item is available for next
delivery then an option to choose this delivery method can be chosen when viewing
your basket.
Next day delivery is charged at £5 per item. Combo deals
and special offers count as one item and only one charge of £5 will be made.
How
to order There is no need to download any software or apply for
membership or any other unneccessary complication to shop with buywiseuk.com.
Simply browse the store and when/if you find what you are looking for click the
button found alongside the item. You can also enter a quantity in the box provided
of alter it later in the shopping basket.
What is the shopping basket?...
The shopping basket is exactly what it sounds like. So that you can make
multiple purchases or carry on browsing until you are ready to pay, we provide
you with a basket which will store any items you wish to place into it until you
are ready to pay. When viewing the basket you will see a list of all the
items that you have added to it whilst browsing the store. You can delete or amend
quantities as often as you like until you are happy with the contents. You can
also change the delivery method for each item in the basket if you wish your items
to be sent Next Day Delivery.

Options
When you have finished choosing your purchases it is time to arrange payment.
You can either pay online by credit/debit card with our secure 128bit encrypted
server or offline by cheque. There are no surcharges for either type of payment. Credit cars accepted are: Delta, Solo Switch, American Express, Matercard
or visa. To make your payment simply click on the CHECKOUT button and
fill out the form. These details are for the delivery address and customer details.
You will not be asked for any secure information at this point. When you are happy
that the details are correct click on the proceed button. You can now choose how

products for sale on this site are manufactured to the highest
quality but if for any reason you are not happy with your
purchase please send it to the address below for a full
refund within 28 days subject to the conditions printed
below.
Goods are NOT supplied on a trial basis. We try to
provide enough information to provide you with an informed
choice for your purchase.
Refunds will only be given for goods returned in as NEW
condition with ALL relevent packaging suitable for
resale or for faulty goods returned within 28 days. Soiled
or used goods CANNOT be returned unless faulty.
(Please refer to Manufacturers warranty for faulty goods
to be returned after 28 days.)
Please return any faulty/unsatisfactory goods as soon as
possible with a reason for your return.

us if you are returning any goods this will print out an
invoice which you can send with your return(s).

When
will my goods arrive?
Goods
are usually despatched immediately if in stock. They should
arrive within 3-5 working days (UK) but stock limitations
can effect this. Maximum of 7 days for any item showing
in stock at time of purchase unless otherwise stated. You
can check the status of your order at anytime by going to
our delivery page and entering your order number and email
address. You will be contacted if for any reason we cannot
despatch goods immediately.
When
will my credit/debit card be charged?
You
credit/debit card will not be charged until your goods have
been despatched to you.
If you purchase Any item out of stock or delayed for other
reasons you will not be charged until they are available
and have been despatched. If for any reason we cannot despatch
an item straight away you will be notified by either telephone
or email and your card will remain undebited.
Do
you accept payment by Cheque?
Yes. Simply add your items to basket as usual and proceed
to the checkout as usual. Fill out your details and proceed.
Click Order Offline when given the choice and an
invoice will be printed. Sign this invoice and place it
in an envelope along with a cheque for the correct amount
made payable to UKWebwise and send it to us. Address provided
above. Goods will be despatched as soon as we receive your
order and you will be notified by email.
How
do I find what I am looking for?
There
are several methods of finding items in our store The left hand menu contains a list of catagories.
If you wish to buy a hair dryer you can click hair dryers
on the left hand menu and you will be shown a page containing
all the hair dryers we sell with a small amount of information
and a picture for each one. If there are more than 10 results
found then you will see page numbers where you can browse
page by page all the hair dryers that we sell.
The front page of the store also contains catagories
where you can click and be taken to a page where you can
choose what type of hair dryer you wish or what manufacturer
etc
Enter search text into the search box provided and
a list of all the items that contain the words anywhere
in their descriptions will be displayed. ie entering the
words hairtools will produce a list of all the items
which contain the word hairtools in them.
